Congratulations. You are stepping into the next stage of Zo-Kiko Tai Chi.
Practical Lessons of Kiko series start here.
You might get exited by the idea of being able to knock down a elephant without touching it by manipulating Ki energy. Who knows? I don't know. Take it easy and relax.
Yes, RELAX.
This is the theme. Let's RELAX.
Capital letters make you nervous but RELAX. RELAX is the opposite of nervous. Nervous is the opposite of RELAX. And RELAX is, eh? Why don't I go on to the main subject ?
Okay dokay.
In order to emit Ki energy, you need to focus your attention on the area of Tanden.
As I explained in the early part of my lecture, when you suffer from stress and panic attacks, all the blood goes up to your head and the capillaries in the other part of the body, such as legs and hands and internal organs, are closed. When you get nervous, your attention is focused on your brain.
And as explained in What is Ki energy?, human's Ki energy is emitted when the blood runs in a web-like network of hundred millions of capillaries throughout the body. So, when all the capillaries in the body are closed and blood traffic jam is caused, no Ki energy will be emitted.
Accordingly, when you get nervous, no Ki energy will be emitted and you cannot even feel any Ki energy.
Attention, please. The expression here "to emit Ki energy" does not mean that "to emit Ki energy towards outside of your body" but means "to produce Ki energy inside of your body". Thank you for your attention.
To emit Ki energy towards outside of your body will not help you unless you want to be a healer or something to heal patient or to start a new religion to gather offering.
In some Kiko or breathing method or religious groups, members actually put hands each other and heal each other and doing this and that and so on. It depends on your liking so if you want to try, why not? I do not stop you nor recommend it to you.
But, in those Kiko or any method lessons, even if you encounter the scene such as people fall down or fly away without being touched, please do not be misled by the ideas such as "This is a miracle!" or "The guru/master/leader is the God!".
You better not cross the line.
