Zo-Kiko Tai Chi is a Kiko (Tai Chi/Qigong/Chi Kung) method developed by a Japanese Kiko master - Master Zo. To master how to manipulate Ki (Qi) energy, all you have to do is to read this website. It will change your life.

Fundamentals of Kiko (Tai Chi/Qigong/Chi Kung) 2-(1)
What is Ki energy? - Energetic vibration (Hado)

First of all, the original root of the word "Ki" is based on fundamental concept in Chinese philosophy which is spelled Qi, or sometime Ch'i or Chi. And a Chinese character we use in Japanese language corresponding to Qi is pronounced Ki in Japanese.

Here goes my lecture on Ki (Qi) energy.

On some TV shows, people exaggerate this Ki energy thing as if it is kind of a magic. But the thing is actually quite simple;
When a certain object runs in tiny pipes, an energetic vibration (which is called "Hado" in the Japanese language) will be emitted. This is Ki energy.

Some experts say that all the things exist in this world are consist of Ki energy or Prana. But as for Zo-Kiko Tai Chi, we deal with the Ki energy in terms of the Kiko (Tai Chi/Qigong/Chi Kung) method, so this lecture focuses on the Ki energy which you can see or feel by Kiko (Tai Chi/Qigong/Chi Kung) or breathing practice, or the one which is called "Inner Ki energy" or "Outer Ki energy" in terms of the Kiko (Tai Chi/Qigong/Chi Kung) method which people can see or feel.

All right class, what is the human's energetic vibration (Hado) then?

When the blood runs in a web-like network of hundred millions of capillaries throughout the body, the energetic vibration (Hado) is emitted. That's it.

It is considered that trees emit Ki energy too. It occurs when the water runs in a vascular bundle. This theory is applicable not only to trees but also to all kind of plants.

"Tree" is called "Ki" in the Japanese language. Some says this "Ki (tree)" in Japanese word is the origin of the word "Ki" energy.

In case you find someone clinging to a tree trunk in the park or in the forest, please do not laughing at him or do not throw a stone at him. They are trying to absorb Ki energy from trees, believing that clinging to a tree trunk will be good for their health.

Anyway, the theory is quite simple - Ki energy is emitted when a certain object runs in tiny pipes.

But people do not know about it, or do not understand it, so they tend to jump to the mysterious conclusions such as:
"Ki energy is a light beam!"
"Ki energy is a magnetic force!"
"Ki energy is a spiritual power!"
"Ki energy is an unseen living energy which you cannot define!"
"Ki energy is breathing!"
"Infrared rays!"
"Cosmic energy!"
"Ki energy is given by the Supreme Being in the universe!"
"Or something like that"
"No! It is a divine energy. You should not even talk or think about it!"

...etc, and get lost at last, and end up in some kind of "a special method" which is developed by a certain "Guru" or somebody who demands you to pay "fees" which costs unreasonably large amount of money, or to make "an offering" which you have to give up your whole properties. Then one day, you will find yourself on the road to perdition.

You will see that all the things I say in this website are the facts. Not religious facts but physical facts. The true facts. Anyway, you will see.
